Rosa Mendoza

Rosa has lived in the Washington Metropolitan area since she was two years old practically making her a native of the Region. Having lived in The District, Prince Georges and Montgomery County she knows it all! Rosa’s first career was in the restaurant industry where she worked for 30 plus years. She was the opening manager. Gradually, with her love of design, she shifted her focus to helping many of the top chefs and restaurateurs with the look and feel of the dining experience at their establishments. Rosa has always been able to meet or exceed her most discriminating client’s expectations.

Real estate has always been a passion for Rosa. When the opportunity arose to help her then-fiancé, Dennis Coleman (who has been a top Realtor for over 30 years), she was thrilled. First, utilizing her love and experience of design, Rosa started staging Dennis’s listings. Soon she realized her love for everything real estate and was hooked. With encouragement from her present husband, friends, and other real estate professionals, she obtained her real estate license in 2013 and started expanding her efforts in real estate.
